MLAIA is committed to making its website accessible to all users, including people with disabilities, in accordance with Israeli Standard IS 5568 and WCAG 2.0 Level AA.

IS 5568 / WCAG 2.0 Level AA — Committed

Our Commitment

MLAIA (mlaia.com) strives to ensure that its website is accessible to people with disabilities. We are working to improve the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

This site aims to conform to Israeli Standard IS 5568 (Web Content Accessibility) and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at Level AA, as required by Israeli law (Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations, 2013).

Measures Taken

To support accessibility, MLAIA has implemented the following measures:

  • Semantic HTML markup with ARIA roles and labels where applicable
  • Sufficient color contrast ratios meeting WCAG 2.0 AA requirements
  • Keyboard navigation support for all interactive elements
  • Text alternatives for non-text content
  • Full bilingual support (Hebrew RTL / English LTR) with proper dir attributes
  • Responsive design supporting zoom up to 200% without loss of content
  • Skip-to-content links for screen reader users

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet fully comply with all accessibility guidelines. Known limitations include:

  • Some data visualizations and interactive canvas elements (e.g., real-time charts) may have limited screen reader support; we provide text summaries where possible.
  • Third-party embedded content (analytics scripts, fonts) may not meet the same accessibility standards. We are working to mitigate this.

We are continuously working to improve accessibility and resolve these limitations.
